6-Month Wellness Program

Thyroid Reset

TSH is a pituitary signal, not a complete picture of thyroid health. Over six months we evaluate the full panel — plus the nutrient, gut, adrenal, and immune factors that determine whether your thyroid hormone actually gets converted and used.

Look beyond TSH.

Is This Program Right for You?

This program is often a strong fit for people who say:

  • You feel hypothyroid but were told your TSH is normal
  • You're on medication and still don't feel well
  • You have Hashimoto's and no one has addressed the immune piece
  • Hair thinning, cold hands, constipation, or weight gain persist
  • Your dose keeps changing without your symptoms changing
  • You want to understand why, not just adjust a number

Testing That May Be Included

  • Complete thyroid panel including free T3, reverse T3, TPO and TG antibodies
  • Nutrient panel: ferritin, vitamin D, zinc, selenium, B12
  • Comprehensive metabolic panel with fasting insulin
  • DUTCH cortisol rhythm and sex hormone testing
  • Comprehensive stool analysis when autoimmunity or gut symptoms are present

Testing is selected individually. Your provider will recommend the panels that fit your history, symptoms, and goals.

What We Look At

The full picture, not one number.

Full thyroid panel

TSH, free T4, free T3, reverse T3, and antibodies — not TSH alone.

Conversion

Whether your body converts T4 into active T3 depends on nutrients, stress, and liver function.

Autoimmunity

Hashimoto's is an immune condition; antibodies and triggers are addressed directly.

Nutrient status

Selenium, iodine, iron, zinc, and vitamin D are required for thyroid function.

Gut health

A large share of T4 to T3 conversion is influenced by the gut and its microbiome.

Adrenal & sex hormones

Cortisol and estrogen change how much thyroid hormone is free and usable.

Pre-Testing & Post-Testing

Pre-testing at the start of your program establishes an objective baseline. It tells us where you're starting, what's driving your symptoms, and which strategies are most likely to help.

Post-testing near the end of month six repeats the appropriate panels so progress can be measured, not guessed. We compare your before and after results together and use them to build your long-term plan.

Common questions.

Do I need to stop my thyroid medication?

No. We never ask you to change prescription medication. We work alongside your prescribing provider.

Can Hashimoto's antibodies come down?

Many patients see antibody levels decrease as gut health, nutrients, and immune triggers are addressed. We retest to find out.

What if my thyroid is fine?

Then we've ruled it out with a complete picture and can redirect toward what's actually driving your symptoms.

Not Sure Where to Start?

You don't need to know which test you need or which program is right for you. That's what we're here for. Start with a conversation about your health, your goals, and what you want to change.
