6-Month Wellness Program

Healthy Aging & Longevity

Aging well isn't about adding years — it's about protecting strength, clarity, and independence within them. This six-month program establishes a detailed baseline and builds the metabolic, muscular, and cognitive foundations that determine your next few decades.

Add life to your years.

Is This Program Right for You?

This program is often a strong fit for people who say:

  • You want to stay strong, sharp, and independent as you age
  • You've noticed recovery, strength, or stamina slipping
  • Family history of heart disease, diabetes, or dementia concerns you
  • You want more than a yearly physical and a wait-and-see plan
  • You're focused on bone density and preventing falls
  • You want objective data, not guesswork, about your trajectory

Testing That May Be Included

  • Advanced cardiometabolic panel with fasting insulin, HbA1c, and ApoB
  • Inflammation markers including hs-CRP and homocysteine
  • Comprehensive hormone testing
  • Full thyroid panel
  • Nutrient panel: vitamin D, B12, omega-3 status, magnesium
  • Body composition, grip strength, and mobility assessment

Testing is selected individually. Your provider will recommend the panels that fit your history, symptoms, and goals.

What We Look At

The full picture, not one number.

Metabolic health

Insulin, glucose, and lipid patterns are the earliest predictors of long-term risk.

Muscle & body composition

Lean mass is one of the strongest predictors of healthy aging and independence.

Cardiovascular markers

Advanced lipid and inflammation markers show more than standard cholesterol.

Bone health

Nutrients, hormones, and loading strategy determine bone density over time.

Hormones & nutrients

Declining hormones and nutrient status affect strength, mood, and cognition.

Cognition, sleep & recovery

Sleep quality and stress load shape brain health more than almost anything else.

Pre-Testing & Post-Testing

Pre-testing at the start of your program establishes an objective baseline. It tells us where you're starting, what's driving your symptoms, and which strategies are most likely to help.

Post-testing near the end of month six repeats the appropriate panels so progress can be measured, not guessed. We compare your before and after results together and use them to build your long-term plan.

Common questions.

Is there an age requirement?

No. Patients in their thirties often benefit most because the foundations are easiest to build early.

Do I need to lift weights?

Resistance training is the single most protective habit for healthy aging, so we build a version that fits your current ability.

Does this replace my primary care?

No. This program complements primary care with deeper testing and a proactive, personalized strategy.

Not Sure Where to Start?

You don't need to know which test you need or which program is right for you. That's what we're here for. Start with a conversation about your health, your goals, and what you want to change.
