6-Month Wellness Program

Gut Reset

Bloating, irregularity, and food reactions are signals, not personality traits. Over six months we test what's actually happening in your digestive tract and rebuild function step by step rather than eliminating foods indefinitely.

Your gut affects more than digestion.

Is This Program Right for You?

This program is often a strong fit for people who say:

  • You bloat after meals no matter what you eat
  • Your reaction list keeps growing and your food list keeps shrinking
  • You alternate between constipation and urgency
  • You've been diagnosed with IBS and given no plan
  • Skin issues, brain fog, or fatigue accompany your gut symptoms
  • You've taken probiotics for months with no change

Testing That May Be Included

  • Comprehensive stool analysis with microbiome and inflammation markers
  • Digestive function and pancreatic elastase markers
  • SIBO breath testing when indicated
  • Food sensitivity or reactivity testing when appropriate
  • Comprehensive blood chemistry with nutrient markers
  • Cortisol rhythm testing when stress is a driver

Testing is selected individually. Your provider will recommend the panels that fit your history, symptoms, and goals.

What We Look At

The full picture, not one number.

Digestive capacity

Stomach acid, enzyme output, and bile flow determine whether you actually break food down.

Microbiome balance

Overgrowths, deficiencies, and diversity all shape symptoms and immune function.

Intestinal barrier

Markers of permeability and inflammation show how reactive your gut lining is.

Pathogens & parasites

Bacteria, yeast, and parasites are found more often than most people expect.

Absorption

Nutrient status reveals whether you're getting value from the food you eat.

Stress & nervous system

Digestion only happens in a rested state — stress work is part of the plan.

Pre-Testing & Post-Testing

Pre-testing at the start of your program establishes an objective baseline. It tells us where you're starting, what's driving your symptoms, and which strategies are most likely to help.

Post-testing near the end of month six repeats the appropriate panels so progress can be measured, not guessed. We compare your before and after results together and use them to build your long-term plan.

Common questions.

Will I have to eliminate a lot of foods?

The goal is the opposite. Any restriction is targeted and temporary — we're working toward a wider diet, not a narrower one.

I've already done a stool test. Do I need another?

Bring it. If it's recent and comprehensive we may use it as your baseline and select different testing instead.

How fast do symptoms improve?

Many patients notice change within the first six to eight weeks, with the deeper repair work continuing across the program.

Not Sure Where to Start?

You don't need to know which test you need or which program is right for you. That's what we're here for. Start with a conversation about your health, your goals, and what you want to change.
