6-Month Wellness Program

Fertility Foundations

Whether you're preparing months in advance or you've been trying for a while, six months is a meaningful window — it's roughly the time it takes for eggs and sperm to mature. This program focuses on the modifiable factors that shape that window.

Build a healthier foundation for your fertility journey.

Is This Program Right for You?

This program is often a strong fit for people who say:

  • You're planning to conceive in the next year
  • You've been trying without success and want answers
  • Your cycles are irregular or you suspect you aren't ovulating
  • You've been told everything is normal but nothing has changed
  • You're preparing for or between IVF or IUI cycles
  • You want both partners evaluated, not just one

Testing That May Be Included

  • Cycle-timed reproductive hormone panel
  • DUTCH hormone testing with cortisol rhythm
  • Full thyroid panel with antibodies
  • Comprehensive nutrient and metabolic blood chemistry
  • Comprehensive stool analysis when indicated
  • Male partner hormone and metabolic panel when applicable

Testing is selected individually. Your provider will recommend the panels that fit your history, symptoms, and goals.

What We Look At

The full picture, not one number.

Ovulation & cycle health

Confirming ovulation and adequate luteal phase progesterone is foundational.

Thyroid function

Even mild thyroid dysfunction and antibodies affect conception and pregnancy.

Blood sugar & insulin

Insulin resistance is one of the most common and most correctable factors.

Nutrient status

Iron, vitamin D, B12, folate status, and omega-3s all matter before conception.

Inflammation & gut health

Chronic inflammation and gut imbalance influence hormone signaling.

Male factors

Sperm quality accounts for a large share of fertility challenges and responds to the same foundations.

  • Nutrient status
  • Blood sugar markers
  • Sperm parameters when applicable

Pre-Testing & Post-Testing

Pre-testing at the start of your program establishes an objective baseline. It tells us where you're starting, what's driving your symptoms, and which strategies are most likely to help.

Post-testing near the end of month six repeats the appropriate panels so progress can be measured, not guessed. We compare your before and after results together and use them to build your long-term plan.

Common questions.

Should my partner participate?

We strongly encourage it. Male factors are involved in roughly half of fertility challenges and respond well to the same six-month window.

Can I do this alongside a fertility clinic?

Yes. This program complements reproductive medicine by focusing on nutrition, metabolic, and lifestyle foundations.

What if I conceive during the program?

Wonderful. We shift the remaining months toward pregnancy nutrition and support.

Not Sure Where to Start?

You don't need to know which test you need or which program is right for you. That's what we're here for. Start with a conversation about your health, your goals, and what you want to change.
